Job Title: External Sales Manager-Cork
We are seeking an experienced External Sales Manager to join our team on a permanent basis at CPL in Cork. Our client is a leading provider of financial solutions in the Irish market, offering equipment leasing and invoice finance solutions to thousands of SMEs across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out sales processes including identifying prospects, conducting sales meetings, consultancy, follow-ups, and final negotiations.
* Cold acquisition using company tools to create new business opportunities and develop a business portfolio.
* BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH RESELLERS AND INTERACT USING PERSONAL AND DIGITAL CHANNELS.
* Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives within the sales strategy.
* Consult and train partners to gain a complete understanding of products and processes.
* Provide solutions tailored to resellers' needs and act as a consultant.
* ENSURE RESELLERS SATISFACTION THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
* Manage complaints to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Participate in relevant networking events.
* Record meetings and reports using company tools.
* Analyze resellers' financial situation to monitor risk and opportunities.
* In some countries, deploy sales strategy to direct customers and ensure their satisfaction.
* Analyze direct customers' solvability risks using company tools.
* Ensure adherence to Group Compliance rules, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Data Handling standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial sector or selling financial projects.
* A proven track record of achieving targets in a sales environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in IT systems.
