About the Role:
The role of a counsellor at our organisation is to provide high-quality and structured counselling support to service participants on a referral basis. This includes teenagers, adults, and older people.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one counselling sessions with clients who have referred themselves or been referred by local projects in the community.
* Foster relationships with external statutory agencies, professional bodies, and local community services in matters relating to client referrals, support, assistance, and progression.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards goals set during sessions.
