Key Responsibilities
* Learning and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement impactful learning initiatives that drive employee growth and development.
* Employee Relations and HR Operations: Provide expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment selection, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for managers on ER matters ensuring advice aligns with best practice policy and employment legislation.
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and attract top candidates through effective recruitment strategies, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer management.
