An excellent opportunity for an engineer early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, manufacturing equipment, materials processing, and lean manufacturing within a highly technical production environment. Key Responsibilities Support process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. Improve material yields and reduce scrap. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and production equipment. Analyse process data and identify improvement opportunities. Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with new process introduction and capital projects. Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering or similar. Approximately 23 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Hands-on approach with an interest in machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
