Our client is a national construction company.
They are looking to appoint a Fitout Site Manager for an upcoming 12-month commercial fitout in Dublin 16.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage fitout projects from start to finish.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Maintain safety standards on site.
5. Report on project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Trade qualified with previous fitout project experience.
2. Experience working for an established building contractor on medium to large scale fitout projects, preferably multi-sector.
3. Minimum of 5 years guaranteed workload in Dublin.
Salary: c€75,000 with transport, fuel card, pension, and €7,500 completion bonus.
