Job Title: Senior Store Leader
As a senior store leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of your team by conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to help employees meet their goals.
Key responsibilities include analyzing daily sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements, managing expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance, and maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked store environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to motivate and develop your team members, and have a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
Required qualifications include:
* At least 18 years of age
* 1 year of supervisory experience
* Able to effectively motivate others
* Standing, bending, and walking for long periods of time
* Lifting 25 pounds without assistance
* Reliable transportation
* High school diploma or equivalent
