We are now seeking hands-on Manufacturing Operators with machining or mechanical experience to join our growing production team.

Our Shift Pattern:
Evening Shift (4 days, 39 hours/week)
Week 1: Monday – Thursday: 4:00pm – 2.15am
Week 2: Tuesday – Friday: 4:00pm – 2.15am
General Job Duties
Ability to follow basic instructions given to him by supervisor, mentor or trainer.
Operate and monitor high-volume production and machining equipment.
Ability to read a blue print.
Perform quality checks on parts to blueprint specifications using gauges, micrometres, and callipers.
Work to production metrics and standard operating procedures to meet customer requirements.
Record all data to the quality inspection system.
Keep your work area and machinery clean, organized, and safe in accordance with specific training guidelines.
Communicate with supervisor/mentor, any problems whilst running the machine.
Communicate with operators from other shifts to exchange information pertinent to the job.
Specific Characteristic Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and protocols specific to the department, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
Attend and participate at relevant Quality Issue meetings.
Attend training sessions as required.
Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
Must be flexible for shift work.
What We are Looking For
Previous experience in industrial, machining, or metal manufacturing environments.
A mechanical mindset: comfortable working with tools, machines, and mechanical parts.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain attention to detail.
A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Shift flexibility and commitment to quality.
Note: This role is
not a cleanroom position
— it's suited to those who thrive in a hands-on, industrial environment.
Qualifications/Experience
Trade certificate, mechanical certificate, or equivalent hands-on training
Experience operating tooling/ mechanical machinery essential.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferable.
