 
        
        Commercial Property Analyst – Cork
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive commercial property analyst to join our dynamic team in Cork. You will be responsible for assisting in the asset management and leasing of a diverse retail and F&B portfolio in line with the company objectives and standards.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support and report to the Group Head of Property in the day‑to‑day asset management and leasing of the shopping centre portfolio.
 * Liaise with relevant parties, including letting agents, tenants, lawyers and other stakeholders.
 * Assist and support lease administration, budgeting and tenant documentation.
 * Input and update tenancy schedules and relevant lease documentation, ensuring they remain current.
 * Prepare internal reports and updates for the senior management team.
Key Requirements
 * Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial property role.
 * Experience within the retail sector and the letting process.
 * Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
 * Ability to build long‑term and productive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
 * Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail.
 * High level of IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
 * Clean full driving licence.
 * A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
