Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking functional assessments and developing multi-element behaviour support plans (MEBSPs) to support individuals with complex needs, teaching new skills and improving overall quality of life.
This role involves working collaboratively as part of a nationwide multidisciplinary team, contributing to service development under a positive behaviour support framework.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Psychology degree or equivalent.
* MSc ABA or equivalent.
* BCBA preferred but not essential.

Other Information
The specialist will oversee the implementation and monitoring of each MEBSP, assist and collaborate with others to integrate recommendations to individual personal plans, provide training to front-line staff, and ensure all MEBSPs are of high quality and compliant with regulatory standards.
The specialist should have strong organisational skills and be capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible environment.
