Luxury Food and Beverage Leader
We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee our food and beverage operations, driving operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage F&B, driving operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences;
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, financial performance, and service innovation;
* Develop and mentor a high-performing team through training, coaching, and professional development;
* Oversee cost control, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to meet financial targets;
* Partner with the Executive Chef and Events team to evolve menus and deliver outstanding private dining experiences;
* Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations;
Candidate Profile:
Significant experience in a senior F&B management role, ideally within a 4-5 star hotel or premium hospitality group;
Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, managing budgets, and delivering guest-centric service;
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and passion for mentoring talent;
Commercially astute with experience in forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting;
Familiarity with hotel management systems is preferred;
In-depth knowledge of current food trends, regulatory requirements, and luxury service standards.
