About The Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead growth across our retail, direct, and digital sales channels. This role is field-based and requires extensive nationwide travel, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise sales performance, build strong relationships, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.
You will work closely with, and have a superior relationship with: Product, Propositions, Acquisition Marketing, Go-To-Market and Channel Partners to ensure we are maximising all acquisition opportunities, winning in the market and driving profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing large-volume B2C sales, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
Specific Duties & Tasks:
* Drive sales growth across existing and new retail, direct, and digital channels to achieve ambitious revenue and volume targets.
* Develop and execute channel strategies to increase market penetration and maximise performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, field sales teams, and digital stakeholders.
* Monitor channel performance, analyse sales data, and provide regular reporting on trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Implement structured sales processes, training, and support to improve partner and team effectiveness.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring accountability and delivery of results.
* Act as the "voice of the channel," feeding back market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy.
Skills & Expertise:
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in channel sales management, ideally within high-volume B2C environments (telecoms, FMCG, retail, or similar).
* Demonstrated success in driving sales growth across multiple channels.
* Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities on the move.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels (internal and external).
* Excellent commercial awareness, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously on the road.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
The Person:
* Extensive experience in managing direct sales channel relationships and developing long term strategic partnerships
* Commercial acumen, numerical and negotiation skills required
* Proven track record and experience within the Telco industry an advantage
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and outside the box initiative
* Ability to multi-task and work on own in prioritise effectively
* Effective planning and stakeholder (both internal and external) management skills
