The Sales Administrator / Sales Representative will support the smooth administration of the sales process, from lead generation to quotation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect, research, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) .
Qualify leads to assess fit, intent, and readiness, and schedule meetings and demos for Sales Representatives.
Maintain and fully utilise the CRM to manage leads, pipeline activity, and issued quotations.
Work towards monthly KPI targets, including qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
Draft, issue, and track client quotations, liaising with estimating to ensure required information is available.
Create and maintain accurate client, project, and contract documentation within internal systems.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support for Sales
