This role involves interacting with patients, GPs and consultants to provide accurate information. The individual will need to effectively communicate with patients via phone, email and in-person.
The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to manage switchboard operations and maintain office security and visitor protocols.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for scans, consultations and procedures, ensuring efficient diary management.
Registration of patients and updating records on the system is also a key task, including scanning and uploading documentation.
The position requires processing payments, issuing invoices and reconciling end-of-day financial reports.
Maintenance of patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic protocols, Quality Management System and EU directives are essential.
Administrative support duties include typing, filing and document verification for consultants and clinical staff.
Patient charts, clinic lists and correspondence should be prepared in advance to support daily clinical operations.
Statistical reporting on referrals, enquiries and appointments is required to assist senior management.
This role also includes providing cross-site reception cover and assisting with patient events, hospitality and stock and mail management.
