We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services.
With more than 25 years of experience in the childcare industry, we are one of the most established organizations operating across Ireland.
Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programs, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy.
With 4 creches and preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc also hosts over 60 onsite Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.
Our Centres are looking for a qualified Childcare Practitioner / Early Years educator to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are seeking kind, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals who can work as part of a team and be ambassadors for Kids Inc principles.

This is a relief position that covers the following locations:

About the Role:
As a relief educator, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care and education across our early years settings.
You will have the opportunity to work in different rooms and settings, gaining valuable experience while making a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and education
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Adapt quickly to different teams and routines across centres
What We're Looking For:
Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 6 or above desirable)
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a childcare setting preferred
Experience working in a creche or childcare environment
First Aid, Manual Handling or Food Safety training
All successful candidates will need to go through Garda Vetting and provide a valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since the age of 18).
