Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship Open Day
, taking place
week commencing 16 February 2026
.
This open day is for candidates interested in joining Ryanair's
2026 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship
, delivered in partnership with
College of Further Education and Training (FET) Shannon Campus
and/or
Technological University Dublin (TUD)
.
About The Apprenticeship
This is a structured
4 year programme
combining hands‑on practical experience and classroom-based learning. Apprentices work towards
EASA Part‑66 B1 or B2 modules
, leading to a recognised Aircraft Maintenance License.
Training will take place primarily in
Dublin
, with initial classroom based phases in
Shannon, Stansted or Bergamo
, before returning to Dublin for on-the-job experience and studies with TUD.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible to certify Ryanair's fleet of over
600 Boeing aircraft
, with opportunities to progress into highly rewarding engineering careers.
Successful applicants will be reviewed by the recruitment team and

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
* Applicants must hold a UK, Irish or EU passport.
* Must be willing to commit to an intensive 4 year training program.
* Strong interest in aircraft maintenance, engineering and aviation.
