On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead people-related initiatives and provide strategic HR support across designated departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture and delivering people solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role is based in Dublin 4 and fully onsite. Key Responsibilities: Act as the lead HR contact across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and employment legislation. Provide expert HR business support to managers on day-to-day operational matters, employee relations, and workforce planning. Build strong partnerships with leaders to understand business needs and deliver HR solutions that support strategic goals. Coach and support managers on performance management, employee engagement, and resolving complex people issues. Manage and advise on employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, absence, and performance concerns, mitigating risks to the organization. Lead and support change management initiatives and HR projects that drive organizational improvement. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the Talent Development team to deliver targeted learning and development strategies. Oversee the recruitment process in designated areas, ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and comprehensive HR records and ensure timely and correct reporting for payroll, absence, and employee data. Provide HR metrics and insights to the Director of HR through regular reporting on key KPIs such as turnover, absence, and casework.
