PM Group is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage contractual aspects of civils, structures, and architecture (CSA) packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.
Responsibilities
1. Administer contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packages
2. Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplines
3. Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications
4. Coordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teams
5. Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones
6. Prepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensions
7. Manage payment applications and certificate processes
8. Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence
9. Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to CSA works
10. Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical construction standards and regulations
11. Support procurement activities for CSA packages
12. Coordinate with project management and commercial teams
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience
2. Construction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projects
3. Knowledge of CSA construction processes and terminology
4. Experience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar)
5. Strong analytical and negotiation skills
6. Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
9. Fluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
10. Valid EU work authorization
11. Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Law, or related field
12. Professional certification in contract administration
13. Experience with pharmaceutical facility construction
14. Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations
