Endoscopy Nursing Specialist
As a skilled Endoscopy Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering safe and effective care. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, as well as participating in quality assurance and infection prevention activities.
* Manage and coordinate pre, peri, and post-procedure nursing services in the Endoscopy Unit.
* Provide holistic, person-centered care to optimize independence and enhance the quality of life for patients.
* Develop and document individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and Planning: Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
* Care Delivery: Provide direct patient care, manage medications, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Quality Assurance and Infection Prevention: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to prevent infections.
