Site Management Position
About the Role:
* The Site Manager oversees and coordinates site activities, ensuring all works are carried out safely, to a high standard of quality, on schedule, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Safety:
o Understand the Safety Policy and ensure all works adhere to its requirements.
o Implement and maintain HSQE Management Systems.
o Manage health and safety issues on site.
* Quality:
o Ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
o Identify and rectify defects in a timely manner.
* Environmental:
o Evaluate waste management permits.
o Minimize environmental impact.
* Planning:
o Manage site labour and sub-contractors.
o Liaise with relevant stakeholders.
* Documentation and Meetings:
o Maintain accurate records.
o Participate in internal meetings.
* Commercial:
o Monitor costs and productivity.
o Familiarize with programme implications.
* People Management:
o Lead a team effectively.
o Communicate effectively with team members.
About You:
* Minimum 5 years construction experience.
* Commitment to HSQE, Programme, and Cost.
* Completion of Site Safety Supervisor Programme or similar.
* Clean Driving License.
* Excellent English communication skills.
