Job Title: Operations Manager, Mandarin Speaker

This is a key leadership role in our Dublin office where you will oversee the operational duties of lease invoicing, compliance tracking, payment coordination and liaison with lessees and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in both Mandarin and English.

The successful candidate will manage billing and collection of airline rent and maintenance reserves. They will also coordinate the collection and renewal of insurance policies and letters of credit. Furthermore, they will calculate rental payments for new aircraft deliveries and purchase transactions and respond to daily inquiries from lessees.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Manager will prepare for and participate in board meetings related to Irish platform transactions. They will record meeting minutes, resolutions and maintain a summary tracking spreadsheet.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit. They should also have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in aircraft leasing or the broader financial services industry.
