Job Title: Commercial Property Legal Secretary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our commercial property department, you will provide administrative support to solicitors, assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Transcription of digital dictation
* Preparation, formatting, and editing of legal documents
* Management of documents on practice management system
* General administrative duties, including invoicing and filing
* Preparation and registration of documents with the Property Registration Authority (Land Registry / Registry of Deeds)
* Requisition of title documents
* Document scheduling and maintenance
* Preparation of contracts for sale
* Closing documentation assistance
* Preparation of bibles of security/title documents
* Data room management
* Online return preparation using ROS
Requirements:
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage high-volume workload
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role
