Contract Management Position
A challenging Contract Management opportunity has arisen in a dynamic and innovative company.
About the Role:
* This is a key position responsible for managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
* The ideal candidate will lead project teams, coordinate with site staff, subcontractors, and design professionals, and monitor programme, quality, cost, and health & safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multi-million euro projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring effective coordination and communication among stakeholders.
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing excellent customer service and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership, planning, and commercial skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
