We are Hiring Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to a lead Nursing care home in Dublin,Ireland Other locations Hiring ADONs: Sligo, Cork, Waterford and other locations. Responsibilities Support, guide, and keep an eye on others for clinical and managerial decision-making. Analyze performance from a financial and business standpoint and help reach financial targets. Make certain that hazards are proactively recognized and assist the relevant parties in making sure they are reported and escalated as needed. Support the Director of Nursing/PIC in providing clinical and professional leadership to the care teams. Deliver direct resident care and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice. Monitor and supervise the quality and consistency of care provided to residents Promote and maintain resident safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times. Ensure that residents privacy, dignity, and individual rights are respected and upheld in all aspects of care. Requirements Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Minimum of 3 years post-registration experiencein nursing older people within the past 6 years. At least 3 years of management experiencein the health and social care sector. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of current and future trends in elder care. Hold apost-registration management qualification in health or a related field. A management qualification or Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable but not essential. Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
