We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in helping the practice thrive.
You don't need to be a veterinary professional, but you do need to be a confident leader who enjoys working with people. We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in management or leadership; ideally in a service-based/customer-focused environment
* Friendly, fair, and approachable with strong communication skills
* Organized, proactive, and ready to support the team
* Positive and resilient, able to handle challenges with a calm, can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff, rota, stock, and office management
* SUPPORTING AND MOTIVATING OUR TEAM MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR BEST WORK
* Handling finances, reporting, and liaison work with the central operations team
* Assisting with recruitment, HR, and staff development initiatives
* Building strong client relationships and supporting our practice reputation
* Contributing to business development and practice growth initiatives
