Toyota Naas is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced individual to join our dynamic Aftersales team. As the first point of contact for customers seeking motor servicing, you'll play a vital role in delivering the high standard of service and care that defines the Toyota brand.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the friendly and knowledgeable voice answering service enquiries and bookings.
* Handle all service and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) bookings using Auto View.
* Liaise with parts, sales, and workshop teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Check for outstanding recalls and update internal systems accordingly.
* Ensure service appointments are managed efficiently - no overlaps, no delays.
* Support workshop flow by communicating job priorities and requirements.
* Consistently work towards meeting performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For:
* 2-3 years' experience in a Service Advisor role within a busy main dealership.
* A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Strong computer literacy and process orientation.
* Sales-driven, confident in upselling services or products.
* Familiar with warranty procedures and workshop systems.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Open to learning the Toyota Way, Kaizen, and Lean 6 Sigma methodologies.
