About This Role
This position is an escalation point for HR professionals to provide specialist expertise and resolve complex HR cases.
You will work directly with leaders, employees, and business partners to meet human resources needs and provide insights to program development.
Your Impact
* Provide guidance on program design related to assigned function to improve the employee experience.
* Evaluate, implement, and provide end-to-end solutions to deliver a best-in-class employee experience for assigned HR pillar (e.g., Workforce Administration).
* Possess skills and experience to provide solutions across multiple pillars.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 2 years minimum work experience in Human Resources with relevant experience in managing HR processes for the assigned function.
* Experience with interacting and supporting all levels of management is strongly preferred.
* Experience managing HR system data and processes preferred.
