Hotel Bar Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Bar Manager to lead our bar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's bar operations, including daily service management, team leadership, stock control, and financial performance. They will also develop and implement creative beverage menus and promotions to drive revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a bar management role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* An excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations is essential. A proven track record of driving sales and achieving profitability goals is also required.
