If you're passionate about recruiting in fast-paced, high-performance environments and thrive on building strong relationships reach out for a chat.What You'll DoCollaborate with hiring managers, recruiting colleagues to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact trading roles.Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform hiring strategies.Deliver data-driven insights reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Identify and implement process improvements and innovative sourcing tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness.What We're Looking For7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment filling complex roles.Inhouse experience dealing with multiple key stakeholders.Experience in managing high end complex recruitment/hard to fill roles.Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and agents.It would be beneficial if you had front-office technology hiring exposure in HFT, investment banking, or hedge fund settings but not essential.Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and agency collaboration.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
