Supply Chain Manager Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a supply chain that meets the business objectives of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop Supply Chain Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
* Manage Operations: Oversee production planning, raw material procurement, and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
* Optimize Logistics: Analyze and improve shipping and customer service activities to achieve on-time delivery and reduce costs.
* Lead Teams: Manage and develop planning and warehousing teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Implement Agile Approach: Design and implement an agile supply chain approach with flexible shift models and processes to adapt to changing market conditions.
* Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with production and quality departments to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
* Support Business Planning: Participate in monthly target setting and forecasting process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze Performance: Conduct regular analysis of capacity planning and modeling to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide Reports: Develop and present reports and analysis as required by management or corporate functions.
Requirements:
* Degree Qualification: Hold a degree-level qualification in Business, Business Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
* Experience: Possess 7+ years of experience in a relevant supply chain function, including leadership roles.
* Skill Set: Demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills, with experience in leading supply chain teams and applying knowledge of SAP supply chain tools.
* Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent IT and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
