Job Title
Order Fulfillment Centre Manager
A key role within our Warehouse division, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Order Fulfillment Centre (OFC) and Fleet.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with shop managers/order processors to ensure shop orders are ready on time and meet quality standards.
* Deal with any day-to-day issues that shop managers raise and resolve them where possible or escalate to the warehouse manager's attention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Diploma or BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (desired)
- 3-5 years experience managing a warehouse, distribution and logistics function within a complex environment
- Experience managing warehouse and fleet operations in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs regularly
- Experience producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Leadership Skills:
- Ability to motivate, delegate and inspire team performance
- Coaching skills in teaching operational skills and mentoring others
- Performance management skills able to monitor performance and escalate issues appropriately
