Brand and Marketing Manager
We are seeking a commercially savvy, creative Brand and Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution, elevate brand positioning, and drive multi-channel marketing performance in a prestigious 5-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand & Strategy:
o Define brand positioning in Irish and international luxury markets.
o Identify opportunities to enhance storytelling and perception.
* Campaigns & Content:
o Lead annual/quarterly planning, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
o Develop content calendars across social, email, blog, PR, and partnerships.
o D deliver creative, results-driven campaigns across all segments (Leisure, Dining, Spa, Weddings, Golf, Events).
* Digital & Performance Marketing:
o Manage website content and performance (vanity and Marriott site).
o Oversee digital KPIs: SEO, PPC, display and social ads.
o Align marketing with revenue goals in partnership with digital agency & internal teams.
* Social Media & Content Creation:
o Create engaging content across platforms reflecting the estate's tone.
o Write/edit web, blog, campaign copy, and social content.
* Agency & Stakeholder Management:
o Lead briefs and performance for PR, digital, and design agencies.
o Represent the estate at trade shows and marketing meetings.
* Brand Consistency & Internal Support:
o Ensure visual and written brand consistency.
o Support strategic reviews and business reporting.
Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years in marketing, ideally in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
* Demonstrated success in commercial marketing strategy and ROI delivery.
* Expertise in SEO, paid media, website/content management, and analytics.
* Outstanding storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience.
