Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Training Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in training system management, MS Office applications, and Veeva Vault.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Site Training System. This includes creating and managing site procedures, working with other GMP system owners/administrators on interfaces with the training administration system, and performing activities to manage curriculum creation and maintenance, learning plan management, qualification management, individual training history maintenance, and producing reports from Learning Management System.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in troubleshooting potential training problems, reviewing key gaps/metrics and coordinating gap closure, and developing and implementing training initiatives in alignment with current and anticipated business needs. They will also track and report site training metrics routinely and assist with the implementation of new training initiatives which may include process improvement projects and new products introduction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hons Degree in relevant discipline
- Train the Trainer Qualification
- Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu
