Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales solutions across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients within the commercial sector, develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets, conduct site visits and client meetings to present product solutions and understand customer requirements.
* Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business, manage a pipeline of active opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads.
* Technical Expertise: Provide clients with technical guidance, ensuring product suitability for specific projects, work closely with the technical team to design customised solutions for client projects.
* Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity records, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications and Experience
* A full clean driving license is required.
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably within the building services industry.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field-based role.
