Associate Architect Job in Galway, Ireland

Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential and workplace
2. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages
3. Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows
4. Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects
5. Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth
6. Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
7. RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience
8. Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK
9. Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential
10. Proficient in Revit – this is a must-have
11. Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills
12. Commercially aware with good client-facing experience
13. Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career
14. Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
