Over the Counter Assistant
McGreals Pharmacy are currently recruiting an Over-the-Counter Assistant. We are a community-based pharmacy and patient care is our top priority.
Key responsibilities of an Over the Counter Assistant include:
· First point of contact for patients when they enter the pharmacy.
· Work with the pharmacy team to provide excellent care to our patients.
· To deal with patients queries both over the counter and by telephone.
· Assist with over-the-counter sales.
· Check orders when they arrive and put away in the appropriate area.
· Ensure shelves are filled with the correct amount of stock.
· Reorder stock as required.
· Ensure work areas are clean & tidy at all times.
The ideal candidate:
· Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, very well presented.
· Professional manner and treat all patients with care, empathy and respect.
· Flexibility.
· Able to work as part of a team while also able to work on your own initiative.
· Experience of working within a pharmacy is not essential but is an advantage.
Experience of working within a customer facing role is essential.
Job Type: Part-time
