A global leader in fund services is continuing its significant investment into its Depositary platform in Dublin. As part of this growth, the business is building out aspecialist Investment & Borrowing Oversight team, hiring atSupervisor through to Vice President level.This role ishighly technicaland suited to professionals withdeep, hands-on experience in investment and borrowing restrictionswithin a Depositary or Trustee environment. The client is specifically seeking individuals who can confidently assess complex exposures, identify breaches, and apply regulatory judgement - not simply process outputs.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of investment and borrowing restrictions across UCITS and/or AIF structures.Assessment of counterparty exposure, issuer exposure, concentration limits, and leverage .Identification, investigation and escalation of advertent and inadvertent breaches, including root-cause analysis and remediation.Review and challenge of delegate outputs relating to:Investment compliance monitoringBorrowing and leverage limitsCounterparty and connected party exposureInterpretation of complex portfolio structures and derivatives exposure.Active engagement with investment managers, administrators and internal stakeholders.Contribution to the enhancement of controls, oversight frameworks and operating models.(At senior levels) Team oversight, technical mentoring and escalation ownership.Required Experience & Skills:Proven Depositary or Trustee experience with a strong focus on investment and borrowing oversight .Excellent understanding of:UCITS investment and borrowing rulesCounterparty and issuer exposureLeverage, derivatives and complex instrumentsExperience dealing with breach analysis, escalation frameworks and regulatory interpretation .Strong technical judgement — able to challenge assumptions and outputs confidently.Familiarity with investment compliance and monitoring systems such as:Charles RiverMIG(or equivalent compliance platforms)Strong written and verbal communication skills for issue escalation and documentation.
