About Your New Job
As a Junior Regulatory Analyst, you will support internal and external audit programs, manage evidence, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will review and summarise regulatory developments, prepare responses to consultations, and support regulatory information requests. Additionally, you will maintain regulatory documentation, provide regulatory input into projects, and contribute to the improvement of compliance systems. You will also liaise with external stakeholders, support internal communication and training, and assist with staff presentations and reports.
What Skills You Need
* Education
: Bachelor's degree in Law, Policy, Economics, Compliance, Sustainability, or a related field.
* Experience
: Experience in the energy industry, a regulated industry, or a policy/regulatory environment is desired. Experience in compliance, auditing, or process improvement is an advantage.
* Technical Skills
: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Soft Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, proactive and organized, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
