Your Mission
As Managing Director, you will:
* Lead the company through its next growth cycle, evolving it into a global leader in OEE improvement and automation
* Shape and execute our long-term strategy — aligning teams, operations, and culture around clear goals
* Drive commercial performance — growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value

* Lead expansion into new markets, support M&A activity, and stay ahead of innovation in robotics, automation, and AI

Requirements
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leader in automation or machine-building
* Strong P&L management and board-level experience preferred but not required
* Background in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) — with deep technical and commercial understanding
* Expertise in packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions
* Track record of scaling teams and operations, ideally in export-oriented businesses
* MBA or equivalent leadership training; Kaizen/CI methodologies preferred
