We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Professional to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals living in residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities;
* SUPPORT daily living activities: personal care, cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments and community engagement;
* FACILITATE education skills development achievement of personal goals through creative strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
1.
