Group Bid Manager - Construction
We are seeking an experienced Group Bid Manager to join our team and lead high-profile, strategic bids across Ireland and the UK.
This is a hybrid role that offers excellent opportunities for career progression into senior preconstruction positions. As a Group Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end bid management, from tender identification to submission. You will develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, while coordinating proposal development and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
You will work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams to build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably on large-scale projects.
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality bids.
* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
