Cork, T12 XR91 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner. The Chef de Partie will also be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standardsEnsure the quality and consistency of all dishesSupervise and train junior kitchen staffManage and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen suppliesEnsure all food and kitchen areas are kept clean and organizedComply with all health and safety regulationsPerform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous ChefRequirements:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar roleExcellent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniquesStrong leadership and supervisory skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressureAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsCreativity and the ability to develop innovative dishesWe are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.
