Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decisions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their information needs, conduct detailed research, and transform findings into clear and actionable insights. Your work will involve evaluating industry trends, examining competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities that help drive business growth and improve operational effectiveness. You will present insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring that complex information is communicated in a structured and accessible manner.As a Research Analyst, you will design research methodologies, collect data from various sources, and validate the accuracy and reliability of the information you analyze. You will support both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, synthesize findings into meaningful conclusions, and provide recommendations that influence strategic planning. You will also monitor key performance indicators, assist with project evaluations, and contribute to ongoing knowledge development within the organization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, curiosity, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple research tasks and priorities.QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to process, interpret, and synthesize large datasets.Proficiency in research and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SPSS.Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.Understanding of research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, market assessments, and trend analysis.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to identify patterns, evaluate risks, and provide actionable recommendations based on research.Familiarity with market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support data-driven decision-making.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.Knowledge of data management practices and research documentation standards.Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
