A highly respected and established solicitors practice based in Newry is seeking to recruit a qualified Solicitor to join their growing conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 23 years + post-qualification experience to take ownership of a varied residential caseload, while benefiting from the support of a friendly and collaborative firm.
The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high quality property services in the local area and further afield.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing residential property sales and purchases from instruction to completion
* Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations
* Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process and ensuring an excellent client experience
* Liaising with estate agents, mortgage providers and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
* Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor, minimum 23 years + PQE (conveyancing focus)
* All levels of PQE will be considered
* Solid experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with exposure to a range of transactions
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively within a team
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
