This is a significant healthcare project that will enhance medical infrastructure in the region and requires a capable and driven professional to oversee its execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to programme, quality, and safety standards. Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site. Liaise with the design team, consultants, and client representatives. Chair site meetings and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained. Monitor project progress and proactively manage delays or risks. Uphold strict health & safety and environmental compliance. Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor. Proven track record delivering complex building projects (healthcare experience a distinct advantage). Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and H&S legislation. Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
