We're looking for an
Investment Banking Analyst
to join our remote team and support financial modeling, market research, and strategic investment analysis.
What You'll Do:
Conduct financial analysis and build financial models
Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and reports for clients
Perform market, industry, and company research
Analyze investment opportunities, risks, and valuations
Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities
Collaborate with senior analysts and deal teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation for transactions
Support ongoing projects and ad-hoc financial requests
What You Bring:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Internship or prior experience in investment banking, finance, or consulting is a plus
Understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A is beneficial
