Bookkeeper


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent basis.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices.


The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Sage Accounts and Excel, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:



* Manage the Creditors Ledger and Debtors Ledger

* Prepare quarterly invoices and billing to clients

* Close off ledgers on a monthly basis

* Conduct bank reconciliations

* Prepare annual accounts to Trial Balance and Balance Sheet

* Deal with tax advisors and cover payroll when needed

* Manage all accounts administration

* Perform general office administration tasks



Required Skills and Qualifications:



* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

* Excellent knowledge of Sage Accounts and Excel

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and attention to detail
