FUNCTION AND STORES COORDINATOR | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT | Our client in North County Dublin is seeking a permanent Function and Stores Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in stores or event setup coordination to join their team permanently. The working schedule for this role is flexible. The successful candidate will supervise operations, working an average of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including some weekends and public holidays. This role is a hands-on role liaising with all departments with the physical set up of events and function rooms as well as monitoring inventory of goods inwards. RESPONSIBILITIES| Coordination of goods inwards orders, stocking away and informing relevant teams of updates to stock levels Reconciliation of stock takes Actively managing orders of goods on order with suppliers Monitor collections on a daily basis Assist with the set up of rooms for functions and events and assisting with client requests Maintain the upkeep of the department in line with health and safety policies REQUIREMENTS| Previous experience in a similar role desirable Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous experience within a goods inwards stock control role Previous experience with event set up with the ability to coordinate and time manage set up of events and assist with troubleshooting of AV issues WHAT'S NEXT?
