We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our food ingredients business. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading a small but experienced team, and driving commercial results.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years' experience in food ingredients, including senior or leadership roles. They should possess strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead teams and deliver sustained revenue growth.
