In this role, you'll review content, enforce policies, and analyze risks to ensure a secure platform. Key Responsibilities:
* Review and categorize content per company policies and community standards
* Investigate policy violations, including graphic and objectionable material
* Analyze escalation data to improve processes and support safety initiatives
* Address sensitive content issues responsibly
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support crisis management, and ensure operational KPIs are met
Required Skills:
* 5+ years in Trust & Safety or Online Operations within tech, with proven analytical abilities
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Excel and basic SQL
* Experience working with graphic/content moderation and understanding of community standards
Nice to Have:
* Experience with investigative tooling and content review in tech industries
* Fluency in a second language
* Prior experience in a global, fast-paced team environment
This opportunity is an 8-month contract, Hybrid in Dublin, paying up to €88,000 per annum (pro rata).
