Job Opportunity: Lead Tax Professional

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our tax function, reporting directly to the CFO. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for tax compliance, reporting, structuring and advisory across multiple jurisdictions.

* Lead and manage the group's tax function, ensuring compliance across all tax heads, including transfer pricing.
* Oversee tax reporting and accounting requirements.
* Advise on tax matters arising from leasing transactions and deal-related activity.
* Lead negotiation and review of tax clauses in transaction documentation.
* Manage corporate tax risk and optimise the group's global tax structure.
* Act as primary liaison with auditors, tax authorities and external advisors.
* Monitor legislative changes, advise on impacts and drive implementation.
* Provide tax guidance on issues such as corporate residency and permanent establishments.
* AITI, ACA, or ACCA qualified.
* Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a tax role, with substantial exposure to aviation leasing.
* Strong technical expertise in corporate tax; US tax experience is an advantage.
* Advanced technical and analytical skills.
